Adobe Photoshop is a photo editor pixel-based used to create unique designs and edit photos. It is equipped with many useful tools to resize, adjust colors and retouch images but is not free that's why I propose the first alternative of photoshop Photopea

Similar  in terms of layout and the tools provided (transparent background, measurement tool, layers, etc.)

Photopea has the same keyboard shortcuts as for Photoshop,suitable for solving most common problems related to print files but its  little  disadvantages there is a small time lag with the brush tool and 

rule provided only in .px .
